Billing, straight answers
Is the free plan actually free?
Yes — $0, no card, no trial countdown. You get one brand-new song written for you every day, plus the full listening experience: Pulse, stations, playlists, casting, charts. The daily allowance resets at midnight (Europe/Oslo).
How do I cancel?
From your account page — subscriptions are handled by Stripe's billing portal. Cancelling keeps your plan active until the end of the period you already paid for, then you drop to Free. Your songs, playlists and Music DNA stay.
What happens when I hit my daily limit?
You can keep listening to everything already made for you — the limit only applies to generating new songs. If you need more today, buy a one-off top-up (5 songs for $2.99), invite a friend (you both get a bonus song per day for a week), or upgrade.
Can I use the songs commercially?
Aiify songs are currently licensed for personal use — listen, download (Premium), and share. Commercial-use licensing is planned; if you have a commercial need today, contact [email protected]. See the Terms of Service for the exact grant.
Why is Aiify invite-only right now?
Aiify is in early access while capacity grows — every song is generated on real GPUs, so we scale admission deliberately. Open the app to join the waitlist, or join instantly with a friend's invite link.
